Product Overview
The RF Venue RG8X2-10 is a 10-pack of 2-foot RG8X coaxial cables for connecting antenna distribution systems to wireless receivers within a rack frame. At 2 feet, these cables are the standard interconnect length for wiring the output ports of an antenna distributor — such as the RF Venue DISTRO4 or DISTRO9 — to the antenna inputs on each receiver in a multi-channel wireless system. Purchasing as a 10-pack covers a full rack of wireless channels in a single order.
Product Description
The RG8X2-10 pack provides the short BNC coaxial cables needed to complete the antenna distribution wiring inside a wireless audio rack. Each cable connects an output port on an antenna distribution unit to the antenna input on a wireless receiver or IEM transmitter. Double-shielded construction — braid over foil — reduces RF interference ingress in the dense RF environment typical of multi-channel wireless racks. At 2 feet, signal loss is negligible. All cables are manufactured in the USA and QC tested on calibrated Agilent network analyzers before shipment. BNC male connectors on both ends match the standard antenna connection used across professional wireless audio equipment. The 50Ω impedance is matched throughout for wireless microphone and IEM antenna distribution systems. Each pack contains 10 cables.
