Product Overview
The RF Venue RG8X1.5-10 is a 10-pack of 1.5-foot RG8X coaxial cables for tight in-rack antenna distribution wiring in professional wireless audio systems. At 1.5 feet, these cables are suited for rack configurations where receivers and antenna distribution units are installed in adjacent rack units, minimizing excess cable while maintaining a clean, organized wiring layout. Purchasing as a 10-pack provides enough cables to wire a full rack of wireless channels at once.
Product Description
The RG8X1.5-10 pack provides short BNC interconnect cables for connecting antenna distribution outputs directly to wireless receiver inputs within densely populated wireless audio racks. The 1.5-foot length reduces cable clutter compared to longer patch cables when rack-mount units are positioned close together. Double-shielded construction — braid over foil — minimizes RF interference ingress in the high-RF-density environment of a multi-channel wireless rack. At 1.5 feet, signal loss is negligible. All cables are manufactured in the USA and QC tested on calibrated Agilent network analyzers before shipment. BNC male connectors on both ends are compatible with the standard antenna inputs on professional wireless receivers and antenna distribution units. The 50Ω impedance is matched throughout for wireless microphone and IEM antenna distribution systems. Each pack contains 10 cables.
Key Features
- Double-Shielded Construction — Braid over foil shielding balances low signal loss with flexibility for routing through conduit and cable trays.
- 50Ω Impedance — Matched impedance for wireless microphone and IEM antenna distribution systems.
- BNC Male Connectors — Both ends terminated with BNC male connectors, the standard for professional wireless audio applications.
- Made in USA — Manufactured and QC tested in the USA on calibrated Agilent network analyzers for guaranteed RF performance.
- Low Loss — Premium RG8X construction minimizes signal attenuation over the cable run.
