The Audio-Technica ATW-T1002 is a digital wireless handheld microphone transmitter compatible with System 10 and System 10 Pro receivers. It is equipped with an integrated hypercardioid dynamic capsule that tightly focuses audio capture on the subject directly in front of the mic, minimizing unwanted background noise and feedback.
The ATW-T1002 delivers a natural sound at 24-bit/48 kHz resolution, optimized for speech intelligibility. It features a lightweight plastic housing that is comfortable for presenters and performers to hold. The unit provides up to 7 hours of continuous use with two AA batteries.
- The transmitter's gain range is adjustable with the included screwdriver, allowing the unit to accommodate vocal levels from soft-spoken word to powerful singing.
- The transmitter's power button doubles as a mute button with a short press. The LED shows power, mute, and battery status, while the controls can be locked out to prevent accidental setting changes.
- Syncing the transmitter to a receiver is simple; choose one of the ten system ID numbers on the receiver, then press the Pair buttons on the receiver and the transmitter, and that's it—you're ready to go.
- Up to 10 transmitters can be paired to a single receiver before the start of an event, allowing you to quickly switch between speakers by turning their respective transmitters On or Off.
