The AT4041 delivers fast transient response and a focused cardioid pattern, which suits acoustic guitar, piano, strings, and drum overheads. The pencil body mounts easily on stands and overhead arrays for studio and install use.
Frequency response runs 20–20,000 Hz with an open circuit sensitivity of –36 dB (15.8 mV), a 100 ohm output impedance, and a 145 dB maximum SPL. A switchable 80 Hz, 12 dB/octave high-pass filter controls rumble. The microphone requires 48V phantom power.
For a complete matched stereo pair, the AT4041SP studio pack includes two AT4041 microphones with clamps and windscreens.
