The AE2300 captures loud instruments cleanly with a rugged, low-profile design that fits around drum kits, amps, and brass sections. Its double-dome diaphragm construction gives it detail and transient response that exceed many dynamics.
A switchable low-pass filter cuts harsh, high-frequency noise to tailor the sound to the source and room. As a dynamic microphone, it needs no phantom power and connects on standard XLR.
For a dual-element condenser/dynamic kick option, the AE2500 pairs two capsules, and the condenser AE3000 is a companion instrument microphone.
