What is the AUDAC WP210US wall input panel?
The AUDAC WP210US/B is a 1-gang US wall input panel in black that lets users plug in or stream audio from the wall: xlr mic input, 3.5 mm stereo line input, rear terminal mic/line inputs. It sends the signal over twisted-pair CAT5E cable to an AUDAC amplifier, matrix or preamp. It is a simple way to add a local source to meeting rooms, classrooms, bars and retail spaces.
How does the AUDAC WP210US wall input panel work?
The WP210US sends audio as a balanced signal over CAT5E or better cable, which resists interference and noise on long runs to the rack. Mic and line inputs have their own level knobs on the front, and rear DIP switches set phantom power, a mic low-cut filter, and mono or stereo output. The rear terminal block duplicates the mic and line inputs for permanent connections. Output level is switchable between 0 dB and +12 dBV to match the receiving device, on an 8-pin terminal block.
