What is the AUDAC MFA208 all-in-one amplifier?
The AUDAC MFA208 is a compact all-in-one mixer amplifier with 2 x 40 W at 4, 8 or 16 Ω, or 80 W bridged to a 70/100V line. A SourceCon module slot adds a music player, streamer, tuner or Dante interface inside the same box. It is a complete small-room audio system for retail, cafes, offices and meeting rooms.
How does the AUDAC MFA208 all-in-one amplifier work?
The MFA208 combines a balanced mic/line input, a stereo RCA/3.5 mm input and a SourceCon slot with a class-D amplifier and advanced DSP for speaker management. Run it as stereo low-impedance or bridge it for one 80 W constant-voltage line, which drives a whole floor of ceiling speakers. It is half-rack width, so it sits on a shelf or mounts two-up in a 1RU rack with the optional adapter. Control comes from the front panel, AUDAC Touch, TCP/IP, RS-232 or RS-485, and the optional MWX45 wall controller gives staff a simple room control. The ANI44XT interface adds Dante/AES67.
