What is the AUDAC AMP22 mini amplifier?
The AUDAC AMP22 is a palm-sized class-D stereo amplifier delivering 2 x 15 W at 4 Ω (2 x 7.5 W at 8 Ω, 30 W bridged). It is built for small rooms such as huddle rooms, offices, shops and cafes where a full rack amplifier is overkill. It mounts under a desk, behind a display or in a ceiling space.
How does the AUDAC AMP22 mini amplifier work?
The AMP22 accepts a balanced stereo line input and a balanced mic input, plus an RJ45 input for AUDAC WP2xx wall panels and an RJ45 remote volume connection (such as the VC3208). That makes it a tidy single-room system: a wall panel by the door for local sources and a volume knob for staff. It is Energy Star certified, convection cooled, 87% efficient and draws 0.8 W in standby. The included PSD241 adapter runs from 100–240 V AC.
