The Atlona AT-PS-POE is a 48 VDC HDBaseT mid-span PoE power injector designed to remotely power HDBaseT transmitters and receivers operating on IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet. This HDBaseT PoE power supply supports 4K/UHD signals at 10.2 Gbps bandwidth, making it an ideal solution for legacy system upgrades and installations where endpoint devices require remote power without a PoE-capable switcher or matrix.
Product Description
The AT-PS-POE inserts anywhere within an HDBaseT transmission line to supply 48 VDC to endpoint devices that lack a local power source. Its mid-span design allows power to be routed simultaneously to both upstream and downstream devices using a single injector, reducing hardware costs. Two slide switches provide independent control of the incoming and outgoing power lines, so power can be selectively directed only where needed. The compact, low-profile enclosure fits in confined spaces and keeps installations clean in public-facing environments. The AT-PS-POE also serves as an upgrade path for legacy PoCc systems, allowing UHD-EX Series receivers to operate alongside PRO2HD or HD-CAT Series transmitters.
