The Atlona AT-OMNI-IR-TX is an IR emitter cable designed for use with OmniStream networked AV encoders and decoders, enabling IR control of displays and AV source devices in AV-over-IP installations. This OmniStream IR emitter cable features a two-conductor stripped-end design for quick captive screw connection, a red status LED for operational confirmation, and an included IR cover to prevent signal interference.
Product Description
The Atlona AT-OMNI-IR-TX connects to the IR output of OmniStream series encoders and decoders, delivering IR commands to displays and AV source devices within AV-over-IP installations. The two-conductor cable with stripped ends is engineered for quick termination to captive screw connectors (not included) on OmniStream hardware. A red LED on the emitter provides a positive visual indication that the unit is powered and actively transmitting IR signals. The included IR cover shields the emitter from ambient IR interference and prevents unwanted triggering of adjacent IR-controlled devices in the same rack or equipment enclosure. Compatible OmniStream devices include the AT-OMNI-111, AT-OMNI-112, AT-OMNI-121, and AT-OMNI-512.
