The Atlona AT-VCC-IR3-KIT is a 3-zone IP-to-IR control converter accessory for the Atlona Velocity Control System, providing conversion from IP commands to infrared signals for AV devices that are not IP-capable. This Velocity Control Converter kit includes a cable with three independently addressable IR emitters, enabling discrete control of up to three separate AV devices from a single unit in a commercial AV control installation.
Product Description
The AT-VCC-IR3-KIT is designed to extend the reach of the Atlona Velocity Control System to any AV device that accepts infrared commands, regardless of whether it supports IP-based control. The compact primary unit attaches to any surface via a snap-in mounting dock for quick, secure installation in ceilings, walls, or equipment enclosures. Power is delivered remotely via IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet, eliminating the need for a local power outlet at each installation point; a USB power source can also be used as an alternative. Built-in IR learning capability and access to Atlona's extensive IR device code database allow rapid integration of sources, displays, DSPs, and videoconferencing systems without manual code entry or driver downloads.
