Product Description
The WPD-VC10K provides local volume adjustment at listener locations in distributed commercial audio systems, allowing occupants in a specific zone to control audio levels without requiring access to rack-mounted amplifier controls. The 10kΩ potentiometer is compatible with the VCA (Voltage Controlled Attenuator) input of AtlasIED amplifiers that accept this control type. The 2 or 3 conductor interface accommodates both VCA 2-wire and VCA 3-wire configurations, giving the installer flexibility to match the wiring scheme of the controlled amplifier. The removable Phoenix-style 3-position connector with 5.08mm pin spacing simplifies field termination and allows the wall plate to be disconnected from the cable without cutting wires — a practical advantage when servicing or replacing the control. The removable label guard accepts a standard identification label, enabling clear designation of the zone or area controlled by each wall plate.
