The TB3664 kit ships as a matched pair of the Atlas Sound T3664 tripod stand and B2237 boom arm, giving integrators and AV managers a complete, coordinated microphone stand solution. The T3664 tripod adjusts from 36" to 64" in height using a two-section metal tube body with a 3-piece clutch mechanism, enabling fast, secure vertical height changes without tools. Three low-profile metal legs with cup terminations provide a wide, stable base spread of 25" (653 mm) to resist tipping, particularly important on uneven or slick stage floors. The top thread is 5/8"-27 with a lock-nut ring, compatible with standard microphone clips, shock mounts, and boom arm adapters. The B2237 boom arm extends from 22" to 37" and uses friction notches on the boom swivel to hold position under load, preventing the slow sag that occurs with heavy-capsule or large-diaphragm microphones. A cast 0.5 lb. counterweight balances the boom arm when loaded, reducing strain on the clutch and maintaining horizontal positioning without constant readjustment.
