Product Description
The SH3-15 occupies 3 rack units (5.25 inches of vertical space) and offers 15.5 inches of usable depth, accommodating mid-depth components such as cable boxes, media players, streaming devices, and small amplifiers that would otherwise require custom solutions. The open shelf design allows cable routing from any direction and does not restrict airflow around installed equipment. For applications requiring secure equipment retention, Atlas offers the SHCK clamping kit as an optional add-on to prevent components from sliding. The shelf integrates into any Atlas standard-width floor or wall rack system without additional hardware beyond standard rack screws. Construction is steel with a black powder coat finish for durability and a low-profile appearance. BAA (Buy America Act) and TAA (Trade Agreements Act) compliance makes this shelf appropriate for federally funded AV installations in government buildings, schools, and military facilities. The 60-month warranty provides long-term assurance for permanent installations.
