The Atlas Sound RCK-25 is a caster kit providing mobility for Atlas Sound 19-inch wide by 25.5-inch deep 200 and 500 Series rack cabinets. The kit includes four swivel casters and two heavy-duty 14-gauge mounting brackets designed to attach beneath the cabinet's bottom panel, adding 1.75 inches of height clearance and supporting up to 1,000 lbs of total load. It is the correct caster kit for integrators who need to move, reposition, or gang together full-size Atlas Sound 200/500 Series racks after equipment installation.

Product Description

The RCK-25 includes four zinc-plated swivel casters with 2-5/8-inch hard rubber tread wheels and an overall caster height of 3.75 inches. The non-locking swivel casters provide 360-degree rotation for easy maneuvering of loaded rack cabinets in equipment rooms, studios, and server spaces. Two 14-gauge cold-rolled steel mounting brackets are included, each 4 inches wide and designed to attach to the underside of the cabinet's bottom panel for front-to-back structural reinforcement. The brackets are 0.075 inches thick and feature a 1/2-inch downward flange on the inner edge, which adds structural support to the cabinet bottom under load. All mounting hardware is supplied for direct attachment to the cabinet without drilling or modification. When installed, the caster kit raises the cabinet's overall height by 1.75 inches. The kit supports a total load capacity of up to 1,000 lbs, accommodating even fully loaded professional AV racks. Brackets are finished in black to match Atlas Sound cabinet aesthetics. This kit is specifically sized for the 25.5-inch deep 200 and 500 Series Atlas Sound cabinets; the RCK-24 is the corresponding kit for 24-inch deep models. Racks fitted with the RCK-25 can be ganged side-by-side with other caster-equipped racks for multi-bay equipment installations.
