The Atlas Sound IP-FEST-SD is a flush-mount enclosure designed exclusively for use with AtlasIED IP addressable speaker systems that incorporate display modules, including the IP-SDM, IP-SDMF, IP-SDH, and related IPX Series models. Intended for new construction installations where a clean, recessed finish is required, this enclosure mounts the speaker and display flush with the wall surface for minimal protrusion. ETL certified to UL 60950-1, and suitable for use across school paging, corporate mass notification, and healthcare communication systems.
Product Description
The IP-FEST-SD provides a flush-mount housing for AtlasIED IPX Series IP speaker endpoints that include LCD display panels. Unlike the angled surface-mount IP-SEA-SD, this enclosure recesses the speaker and display into the wall, producing a low-profile installation with the front face flush to the wall surface. A slot-style mounting system accommodates most wall material thicknesses encountered in new construction — drywall, CMU, and standard framed walls — without requiring custom adapters. The enclosure is constructed from 20-gauge cold-rolled steel (CRS) and finished in textured white epoxy, with a paintable surface for color-matching to architectural finishes. Compatible speaker models include IP-8SCM, IP-SM, IP-SDM, IP-SDMF, IP-SDMFLED, IP-SDH, I8SC+, I8SCM+, I8SCH+, I8SCF+, and I8SCMF+. Note: This enclosure is designed for new construction only — it is not intended for retrofit installations in existing finished walls. ETL certified to UL 60950-1. Revit family files are available for BIM documentation. Five-year warranty included.
