The IED550CS-H is a fully programmable touchscreen digital communication station with a handheld microphone, for initiating audio/visual announcements with GLOBALCOM Announcement Control Systems.
How does the Atlas Sound IED550CS-H work?
An electret condenser cartridge is positioned in the housing so its frequency response is enhanced, providing good acoustical coupling for a full-bodied, intelligible voice signal. The handheld mic uses a magnetic attachment and coiled cable with strain relief. An auxiliary line-level audio input supports a local background music source, and a line-level audio output can be used as a zone-out feed. Each station can obtain its IP address automatically via DHCP or be assigned a static address.
