The IED1544AIO-D is a 4-input x 4-output mic/line level analog pre-amplifier that converts analog audio to Dante network audio and back, giving integrators a gateway between conventional analog gear and a Dante-based GLOBALCOM system.
How does the Atlas Sound IED1544AIO-D work?
Each of the four analog inputs is selectable between line level and three mic gain settings, with 48V phantom power available when a mic setting is selected. The four inputs convert into Dante network audio routable via Dante Controller, while the four outputs convert Dante digital audio received over the LAN back into analog line-level signal. Indicators show network connection, network audio traffic, and power status. Typical uses include hotel ballroom analog announcing stations, school gym/auditorium audio interfaces, converting analog paging stations to Dante, and transportation station audio interfaces.
