The FAP42T-UL2043 is part of AtlasIED's FAP Strategy series and meets the requirements of UL 2043 for plenum air-handling space use, in addition to UL 1480. The 4-inch polypropylene cone driver is paired with a 3/4-inch PEI tweeter and precision crossover for smooth, even frequency response from 75 Hz to 20 kHz. The 130-degree dispersion ensures wide, uniform audience coverage even with a compact 4-inch driver, making it appropriate for low-ceiling environments or spaces where larger speakers cannot be accommodated. The driver assembly reaches only 4 inches deep above the ceiling plane, fitting in most stud-wall cavities for flush wall installations. Input wiring uses a simplified 4-pole Phoenix connector for easy daisy-chaining between speakers. A combination 1/2" and 3/4" knockout cover simplifies conduit runs.
