The BB-168 sits in the AtlasIED BlueBridge family between the smaller fixed-I/O models and the flagship BB-1616, offering the same input density with a leaner output stage for projects that distribute audio to eight or fewer zones. High-quality THAT Corp microphone preamps and 24-bit converters maintain an ultra-low noise floor, and the 48kHz, 40-bit floating point DSP engine prevents the internal digital clipping that fixed-point processors can exhibit under heavy processing loads.

The processing library includes gain-sharing and gating auto-mixers, matrix and standard mixers, parametric, graphic, and anti-feedback EQ, crossovers (Butterworth, Linkwitz-Riley, Bessel from 6 to 48 dB per octave), compressors, expanders, limiters, duckers, delays, and tone/noise generators.
