Paired with an end-of-line load module (such as the 54XX-EOL-MODULES) at the far end of a speaker circuit, the 596SGFI continuously senses current on the line and flags a ground fault, open circuit, or short so the fault can be reported and repaired before the line is needed for an emergency announcement or alert.
