The SP12.1P houses a 12" ferrite Extended Dynamics woofer in a braced, 12-ply birch plywood enclosure with a steel mesh and foam grille. The braced birch construction resists resonance and adds structural rigidity for the rigors of both installed and portable deployment. Recessed side carry handles and threaded top and side pole-mount receptacles make positioning and transport straightforward. A 35mm pole cup on top accepts ISPM1B and ISPM6B speaker poles for mounting IS column speakers at ear level above the sub, while the side pole receptacle offers an alternative orientation for installations where top mounting is impractical.

Input connectivity is handled via dual Euroblock and Speakon/NL4 connectors, supporting flexible wiring in both fixed installation and touring-style event deployments.
