Product Overview
The Ashly NXP754 is a four-channel networkable power amplifier with integrated Protea DSP, delivering 75 watts per channel across all load configurations — 25V, 70V, 100V constant-voltage, and 2, 4, or 8 ohm low-impedance. Designed for multi-zone distributed audio in commercial AV installations, the NXP754 provides full Protea DSP processing and Ethernet-based remote control across four independent zones, with 25V constant-voltage support for smaller speaker systems. Without a Dante option card, the NXP754 accepts analog audio inputs, making it a cost-effective four-zone DSP amplifier for installations where network audio transport is not required but onboard processing and network monitoring are. The NXP754 is the entry-level output tier in the four-channel NXP series lineup, well suited for small meeting rooms, retail locations, classrooms, and compact commercial installations with moderate per-zone power needs.
Product Description
The Ashly NXP754 networkable amplifier with DSP delivers four-channel multi-mode amplification at 75W/ch with full Protea DSP and Ethernet-based network control in a 1U rack-mount chassis. Each of the four channels is independently configurable for 25V, 70V, or 100V constant-voltage or 2, 4, or 8 ohm low-impedance operation via rear panel DIP switches. The consistent 75W/ch output across all load types — including 25V — makes the NXP754 suitable for installations using compact 25V speaker systems in meeting rooms, classrooms, and retail spaces. Protea DSP provides comprehensive per-channel signal processing including dynamics, PEQ, crossover, matrix mixing, delay, metering, and FIR filter support, all accessible via Ashly's Protea NE software over Ethernet or the free Ashly Remote iPad app over Wi-Fi. The built-in real-time clock with event scheduler automates preset recalls, standby transitions, and power-on delays on programmable daily schedules. Aux preamp line outputs per channel allow the NXP754 to feed additional downstream amplifiers for system expansion in larger installations. Four individual front panel level controls and status indicators allow per-zone monitoring and adjustment. The Ashly EMS provides automatic sleep mode drawing less than 1 watt during idle periods. The NXP754 is manufactured in the United States, TAA compliant, and carries a 5-year limited warranty.
