The Ashly ISTR7B is a 7-foot black tripod speaker stand designed to support IS series column speakers in solo PA-on-a-stick applications without requiring an SP subwoofer base. The ISTR7B provides a stable, freestanding platform for IS2.8P and IS3.8P column speakers in portable commercial sound reinforcement setups such as corporate presentations, wedding receptions, small live events, and temporary conference room audio. When a subwoofer is not needed or available, the ISTR7B enables IS column speakers to be deployed quickly and positioned at the appropriate standing ear level for audience coverage.
Product Description
The ISTR7B is the tripod-base speaker stand in Ashly's IS series accessory line. At 7 feet, it places the IS column speaker at standing audience ear level for optimal speech intelligibility and acoustic projection in rooms without fixed speaker infrastructure. The tripod base provides stable support on flat surfaces during portable deployments, eliminating the need for a subwoofer as the structural base while still allowing the IS speaker to perform its full PA function.
The black finish matches IS2.8P and IS3.8P black column speakers. For configurations where an SP subwoofer provides the base and full-range low-frequency reinforcement, use the ISPM6B 6-foot speaker pole instead.
