The AquaTouch7 connects to any AquaControl host device over standard wired Ethernet and displays the remote pages configured within the AquaControl software. Because the remote interface logic resides in the host AquaControl device, the AquaTouch7 does not require firmware updates when new AquaControl models are released — it functions as a browser-style viewer that is always compatible with the latest AquaControl version. This architecture also means the same AquaTouch7 can be used with any current or future AquaControl product without hardware changes.

Configurable remote pages include mixer fader views, DCA group controls, virtual WR-5 zone controller pages, and any other remote page served by the connected AquaControl device. Per-page access permissions are controlled from the AquaControl security settings, so each user or zone can be restricted to only the controls they are authorized to use. A programmable screen timeout with PIN-protected screen access login prevents unauthorized operation after periods of inactivity.
