The AQM408 combines the speaker processing capabilities of Ashly's legacy 4.8SP and 3.6SP processors with the full AquaControl DSP toolbox from the AQM1208, adding features not previously available on the SP series including feedback suppression, 31-band graphic EQ, and FIR filters. The 4 balanced XLR line inputs and 8 balanced XLR line outputs provide a flexible routing matrix that supports complex zone assignment scenarios, from small background music systems to full stadium PA processing. Eight matrix mixers within the system allow creation of eight independent mixes, each shareable across multiple outputs for sophisticated BGM distribution and paging zone assignments. The AquaControl browser-based interface requires no dedicated software installation and works with any PC, mobile device, or tablet on any operating system. Remote access over Ethernet or internet allows integrators to configure and troubleshoot systems from outside the building without a site visit, reducing service costs.
