The AMX DXF-RX-MMS is a DXLink multimode fiber receiver for simplex fiber video distribution, accepting HDMI/HDCP and multi-format video signals delivered over OM3 50/125 µm multimode fiber at distances up to 300 m from a compatible DXLink multimode fiber transmitter or Enova DGX matrix switcher with simplex fiber output boards. Designed for commercial AV environments with existing multimode fiber infrastructure, the DXF-RX-MMS provides a clean HDMI output at the remote display location with SmartScale auto-scaling for display EDID compatibility.
Product Description
The AMX DXF-RX-MMS is a DXLink HDMI multimode fiber receiver in simplex configuration, receiving audio, video, control, and Ethernet signals from a DXLink fiber transmitter over a single multimode fiber strand and outputting to a local HDMI display. The simplex design uses one fiber for reception, integrating with single-fiber multimode runs in commercial AV systems where DXLink signal extension beyond 100 meters over existing fiber infrastructure is required.
