The AMX DGX1600-ENC is the 16-slot Enova DGX modular matrix switcher chassis — doubling the I/O capacity of the DGX800-ENC for larger multi-room AV distribution systems in higher education, corporate campuses, government facilities, and broadcast environments requiring more than 8 input/output board positions.
Product Description
The AMX DGX1600-ENC Enova DGX 1600 modular matrix switcher provides 16 slots for I/O boards — supporting HDMI 4K60, DXLink 4K60 twisted pair, DXLink 4K60 fiber, DXLink fiber, and DVI input and output boards in any combination — for large-venue AV signal distribution at up to 16 independent routing paths. The built-in NetLinx control processor manages the matrix and supports RMS Enterprise for remote monitoring and diagnostics across enterprise-scale deployments. Like all Enova DGX enclosures, the DGX1600-ENC accepts optional Dante audio switching boards (DGX-ASB and DGX-ASB-DAN) for integrated audio over IP within the same chassis. It is the recommended step-up from the DGX800-ENC for facilities with more than 8 source or destination endpoints requiring professional modular 4K AV matrix infrastructure.
