Description
Fast Ethernet fiber links remain in service across many enterprise and government networks, particularly on edge segments, legacy device connections, and specialized industrial equipment that does not require Gigabit speeds. The AT-SPFX/2-90 provides a standards-compliant 100Mbps fiber interface in a hot-swappable SFP form factor, enabling continued use of existing 100Mbps infrastructure without replacing end-of-life transceivers. Operating at 1310nm over multimode fiber, it reaches up to 2 kilometers, which covers most intra-campus building-to-building fiber runs. The LC duplex connector is compatible with standard multimode patch cords and panels. TAA compliance makes the AT-SPFX/2-90 appropriate for federal contracts, GSA schedule purchases, and government infrastructure modernization projects where TAA status is a procurement requirement.
