Allen & Heath AH-AVANTIS-SOLO-ULTRA – Avantis Solo Ultra 96-Channel Digital Mixer is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
What is the Allen & Heath Avantis Solo Ultra digital mixer?
The Allen & Heath Avantis Solo Ultra (AH-AVANTIS-SOLO-ULTRA) is a compact 96kHz digital mixing console that ships with the full Ultra feature set: 96 input channels, 56 configurable busses, dPack processing and eight RackUltra FX engines. It pairs a single 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen with 12 faders across 6 layers, making it a powerful 96-channel digital mixer for tight front-of-house positions, houses of worship, theatres and corporate AV events.
How does the Allen & Heath Avantis Solo Ultra work?
Avantis Solo Ultra runs on Allen & Heath's XCVI FPGA core at 96kHz with a 96-bit accumulator and 0.7 ms latency. The Ultra configuration combines the Avantis dPack upgrade, which raises the mix engine to 96 inputs and 56 mixes and adds 24 Dyn8 instances, DEEP compressors, expanders, the Dual Stage Valve preamp and NEQ12, with the RackUltra FX card, which adds eight RackUltra FX engines alongside the 12 RackExtra FX racks.
Local I/O covers 6 XLR mic/line inputs, 6 XLR line outputs and stereo AES in and out, while two I/O ports (128x128 at 96kHz) accept Dante, MADI and gigaACE cards and the SLink EtherCON port connects gigaACE, DX, GX, ME and dSnake devices for stage boxes and personal monitoring. Operators get 18 assignable SoftKeys, 3 custom rotaries, illuminated faders, 16 DCAs with spill, an automatic mic mixer of up to 64 channels across 1, 2 or 4 zones, 500 scenes per show, onboard stereo recording and two gigabit network ports for Avantis Director, MixPad and Custom Control apps.
