The Allen & Heath AH-AB8999 is a mic stand side mounting adapter that attaches the ME-1 or ME-500 personal monitor mixer directly to the side of a microphone stand. It allows performers to keep their personal monitor mixer at the mic stand — within easy reach during a live performance — without occupying floor or stage space.
Product Description
The ME-1 and ME-500 personal monitor mixers both feature built-in 3/8" threaded inserts specifically designed for mic stand mounting. The AH-AB8999 adapter uses these threads to couple either unit to the side of a standard microphone stand, positioning the monitor mixer right below the vocal mic. This setup is ideal for vocalists, instrumentalists, and worship team performers who want to control their own in-ear monitor mix during a performance without taking their eyes off the stage. The bracket enables fast setup and teardown as part of a performer's personal monitoring rig.
