The Avid NEXIS Spare NEXIS PRO+ Chassis is a genuine Avid replacement chassis for the Avid NEXIS PRO+ storage platform. This spare chassis enables field replacement of a damaged or failed PRO+ enclosure, allowing organizations to restore PRO+ operation without returning the entire unit for depot service.
Product Description
The NEXIS PRO+ chassis houses the storage management electronics and provides the mechanical enclosure for PRO+ Media Pack storage. In the event of chassis failure or damage, this genuine Avid spare allows on-site replacement. Data migration and configuration procedures must be performed during chassis replacement.
