The PTZ-NDI-X12 and PTZ-NDI-X20 share the same camera platform and output configuration — the primary differentiator is the zoom module: 12x versus 20x. The 12x module provides a wider horizontal field of view (72.5 degrees) at its wide end compared to the 20x's 61-degree FOV, which makes the X12 the better choice for smaller rooms, huddle spaces, and installations where the camera is mounted closer to the subject and wide coverage is prioritized over telephoto reach.

The simultaneous 3G-SDI, HDMI, NDI|HX2, and USB 3.0 output set allows a single camera to feed an SDI production switcher, a local HDMI display, an NDI-based production environment, and a USB-connected computer at the same time. This eliminates the need for signal splitters or external conversion hardware in mixed-infrastructure facilities.
