The AIDA Imaging CCS-USB is a compact, USB-powered PTZ camera control unit that gives AV professionals direct command over VISCA and PELCO protocol cameras from a Windows or Mac workstation. It connects to your computer via USB for automatic COM port configuration, eliminating manual driver headaches and getting you into camera control immediately. With support for up to 7 cameras via SONY VISCA protocol and up to 255 cameras via PELCO protocol, the CCS-USB scales from small single-camera setups to large multi-camera installations. It is the companion controller designed to work hand-in-hand with AIDA's full line of PTZ cameras and pairs directly with the CBL-RJ45 adapter cable for RS-232 connectivity.

Product Description

The CCS-USB delivers full PTZ camera control through an intuitive graphical user interface, covering pan, tilt, and zoom motion as well as in-depth image parameter adjustments. Exposure modes include Auto, Shutter Priority, Iris Priority, Manual, and Flickerless — giving operators precise control over how each camera responds to varying lighting conditions. White balance options span Auto, Manual, and ATW, while image controls for contrast, saturation, sharpness, and gamma let you dial in picture quality on the fly without touching the camera itself.

The physical interface provides both RS-232C via an 8-pin Mini-DIN connector and RS-485/RS-422 via a terminal block connector, covering the widest range of AIDA PTZ camera models. Powered entirely over USB, no external power supply is required. The unit measures just 62 x 35 x 19mm and weighs 50g, making it easy to tuck into any rack shelf or production desk.
