The AdderLink X200 series extends KVM control for up to two computers across CAT5 or higher UTP cable with absolute real-time keyboard and mouse performance. This kit pairs the X200 USB receiver with the compact CATX-USB computer access module (CAM): the CAM plugs into the computer's VGA and USB ports and draws its power from the host, while the receiver sits at the user position with the keyboard, monitor, and mouse.

The receiver applies 128 steps of video signal compensation plus its own brightness correction, sustaining 1600 x 1200 resolution at the full 200m distance with a crisp, bright picture. Full emulated DDC support ensures high-performance graphics cards negotiate high resolutions correctly through the link — a common limitation of basic extenders.
