The X-USB PRO was designed for industry-leading video clarity, compatibility and rack density. A multi-pole compensation technique tunes the link for cable type and length, with additional color-skew compensation and gain adjustment performed directly from the receiver's keyboard, so installers can dial in crystal-clear images at maximum distance. A variable noise filter overcomes the gain-related noise that appears on runs beyond 200m/650ft, which is how the extender holds 1920x1200 VGA at the full 300m/1000ft.

USB extension is fully transparent: all USB 2.0 compatible accessories, including isochronous devices such as audio and video peripherals, can be extended.
