Product Description
The AdderLink LPV range is designed to draw its operating power from the host computer's USB port, which keeps installations simple in most cases. In practice, not every USB port delivers full power: shared hubs, older machines, and thin clients can leave an extender underpowered, producing intermittent video or link drops that are tedious to diagnose. The PSU-LPV-KIT-US is Adder's answer for exactly those situations.
The kit consists of an external power adapter and a 5V/2.5A USB power cable for use with LPV range units. It is an optional accessory: the kit is only required when the host computer or other USB-equipped device cannot provide sufficient power to the LPV unit.
