For organizations running multi-monitor KVM switching at trading desks, edit suites, and control positions, this Adder enhanced warranty extends hardware protection beyond the standard two-year manufacturer warranty. Coverage can be applied to new purchases or units already in service, with total coverage extendable up to five years.
Product Description
The AV4PRO MultiScreen range lets a single operator switch keyboard, mouse, audio, and multiple displays between four computers, and these switches commonly sit at workstations where downtime directly interrupts an operator's job. Every Adder product includes a standard two-year warranty; the Adder Enhanced Warranty program, part of Adder Professional Services, allows that coverage to be extended for up to five years in total.
The program also includes a defined repair commitment: a faulty product is tested and repaired within five working days of receipt by Adder. For dual-head, triple-head, and quad-head switching positions in broadcast, finance, and command-and-control environments, that turnaround guarantee turns an unpredictable repair cycle into a plannable maintenance event. The EW-SW4-MS can be purchased with the original switch for continuous coverage, or added to AV4PRO MultiScreen units already deployed. Each purchase adds one year, and coverage may be extended up to the five-year program maximum. Compatible AV4PRO switches and additional Adder service plans are available in the Adder Technology collection at Creation Networks.
