If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, Adder's advance hardware replacement scheme ships a replacement product within one business day — before the failed unit is returned — restoring out-of-band access with minimal exposure. The plan also includes the Enhanced Warranty commitment that returned faulty products are tested and repaired within five working days of receipt, and it builds on the standard two-year Adder warranty, which the program allows to be extended up to five years in total.
