For control rooms and operations facilities that depend on matrix KVM access to every source computer, this plan keeps the transmitter side of the system under a defined recovery SLA.
Product Description
In an AdderView Matrix installation, each source computer connects through a computer access module — the DisplayPort variant (AVM-C110-CAM-DP) or the HDMI variant (AVM-C110-CAM-HM). A failed module takes that computer out of the matrix until it is replaced, which is why Adder offers Elite Service coverage at the module level.
With ES-AVM110-CAM in place, support requests go to the front of Adder's queue, engineers are reachable 24/7, and issues raised out of hours receive a call-back within 4 hours. When a hardware fault is confirmed, Adder ships an advance replacement within 1 business day, so the affected source can be returned to the matrix with minimal interruption while the faulty module goes back for assessment. Each plan covers one module for one year, making it simple to scale coverage to exactly the modules that serve critical sources.
