The Adder CCS-LED is a monitor indicator LED that shows operators which screen is active in an Adder CCS-PRO Free-Flow switching system. Supplied with a 3m (10 ft) cable, this KVM monitor indicator attaches to a screen bezel and illuminates to confirm the current computer focus, reducing input errors at multi-monitor workstations. It is an add-on indicator lamp for use with the CCS-XB or CCS-XB8 light module in CCS-PRO4, CCS-PRO8, and CCS4-USB installations.

Product Description

In Free-Flow switching, the mouse pointer moves between target computers simply by crossing from one screen to the next. That convenience introduces a question for the operator: which system am I controlling right now? The CCS-LED answers it with a clear visual cue at each display, which matters in control rooms, trading desks, and security operations where a command sent to the wrong machine has consequences.

Each LED is housed in a molded enclosure with an adhesive pad, so the module fixes onto a screen bezel or another nearby surface without tools. The 3m cable has an oval profile that tucks into channeling, wall gaps, and desk grommets more easily than round cable, keeping multi-screen consoles tidy. The LED's color and intensity can be controlled per screen through the switch configuration, letting installers assign distinct colors to different computers or zones. A system supports a maximum of 10 illumination indicators, which covers large multi-display KVM workstation layouts. The CCS-LED connects through the CCS-XB or CCS-XB8 expansion module and requires switch firmware version 2.0 or higher.
