Product Description
ADDERLink X200 extenders receive firmware improvements over their service life, and applying those updates requires a physical serial connection — the X200 has no network port of its own. The CAB-9DF-RJ9-2M provides that connection: the RJ9 plug fits the upgrade socket adjacent to the switch block on the X200 unit, while the 9-pin D female end connects to a vacant RS232 serial port on the host computer running the upgrade utility.
