The micro trim grille itself is sold separately and required to complete the installation.

The SA4-66 platform offers more than one finished trim style, and the micro trim look is one of the more discreet options available for this Small Aperture Series speaker. This spacer kit is the mounting hardware that sets up an SA4-66 enclosure and module for that micro trim grille, and it is built to work in either standard drywall or solid surface wall construction, which gives integrators flexibility depending on the finish material specified for a given room. Because the micro trim grille is sold separately from this spacer kit, both parts need to be ordered together to complete a micro trim installation on an SA4-66 speaker. Integrators specifying a discreet in-wall speaker finish for a room where a standard grille would be too visible often select the micro trim option specifically because of how little of the speaker is visible once installed. Confirming the wall material, drywall versus solid surface, before ordering ensures the correct spacer configuration ships for the job.
