Product Overview
The Sonance Large IS Space Saver is a flat-packed, lightweight placeholder built for the IS10 Invisible Series speaker. It is used during new construction to hold an accurate opening for the IS10 before the finished speaker is ready to be installed. Builders and integrators rely on it to keep rough-in schedules on track across large-format Invisible Series projects.
Product Description
The IS10 is one of the larger models in the Sonance Invisible Series line, and its opening needs to be protected through framing, drywall, and finish work before the actual speaker goes in. The Large IS Space Saver is sized specifically for the IS10 footprint, giving crews a lightweight, flat-packed placeholder that is simple to transport and install during the pre-construction phase. Like other Space Savers in the line, it is reusable and recyclable, so the same units can be redeployed on future projects rather than thrown away after a single job. When construction reaches the finish stage, the installer removes the Space Saver and drops the finished IS10 in-ceiling speaker into the same prepared opening.
