The Sonance IS-S-NARROW-PB.500 is a paintable pre-construction bracket sized for 0.5-inch wallboard, matched to the narrow-profile small Invisible Series enclosure used in TJI joist construction. It secures the correct opening for the IS-ENCL-S-Narrow enclosure before drywall is installed.
Product Description
This bracket supports the narrow-profile Invisible Series enclosure system sold through Sonance, sized for 0.5-inch wallboard and intended for use with the small narrow enclosure fitted for 16-inch on-center TJI joist construction. Installed during framing, it secures the exact opening for the enclosure and protects it from other trades before the AV team returns for final speaker installation. Like the standard-profile bracket, it is reusable and is not compatible with IS 70V transformer models or built-in subwoofer enclosures. Integrators working on TJI-framed projects should confirm they order the narrow bracket rather than the standard version to match the narrow enclosure geometry. Pair it with the matching narrow enclosure for a complete rough-in.
