The Poly ATA 400 is a single-port analog telephone adapter that connects a legacy analog device to a VoIP platform over open SIP. It provides one FXS voice port and ships with a power supply, letting organizations keep fax machines, overhead paging, or analog phones during a VoIP migration. It is a practical bridge between analog endpoints and modern SIP systems.
Product Description
The Poly ATA 400 lets integrators preserve existing analog equipment while moving voice to a SIP platform. Its single FXS port connects an analog telephone, fax machine, or paging amplifier to the network, and open SIP support means it interoperates with most hosted and on-premises platforms. The included power supply simplifies deployment where PoE is not relevant to the device. As an analog telephone adapter, it removes the need to replace working analog hardware immediately, reducing migration cost and disruption. It is centrally configurable alongside the rest of the voice estate. For sites with a small number of analog lines, the ATA 400 is an economical way to keep them online.
