The Poly Edge E350 sits in the E300 series of the Edge E platform, built for professional desks that need a manageable, standards-based endpoint. It presents call information on a color display and supports wideband HD voice through the G.722 codec alongside G.711 and G.729AB for interoperability with hosted and on-premises SIP platforms. Poly NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence suppress background and keyboard noise on the transmit path, keeping conversations intelligible in open offices. As a PoE desk phone it draws power over the data cable, simplifying installation and desk cabling. IT teams provision and monitor the fleet through Poly Lens for consistent firmware and configuration across sites.
