Why 3-chip at this scale

A 3-chip DLP produces each colour on its own device rather than sequencing them through a wheel, which removes rainbow artefacts and holds colour accuracy at high brightness. In a large room those differences become visible from the seats, which is why 3-chip is the standard for venues above a certain size rather than a premium option.

Specifying

Brightness follows screen size and ambient light, not room volume — a large room with controlled lighting may need less output than a smaller one with windows. Lenses are ordered separately and calculated from throw distance; many models ship as a no-lens body for exactly that reason. For multi-projector blends, confirm the units support edge blending and geometric correction in the configuration you need.
