Sharp/NEC adds extra-large displays to the M Series range

Sharp/NEC adds extra-large displays to the M Series range - Creation Networks

At ISE 2023, NEC will display its 75-inch and 86-inch models, which are ideal for meeting rooms and retail digital signage.

Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe has introduced two brand-new extra-large M Series models, the NEC MultiSync M751 and NEC MultiSync M861.

These 75" and 86" displays feature NEC Open Modular Intelligence, which makes them ideal for meeting rooms and retail digital signage.

Reflections from windows or other light sources will not interfere with the visibility of signage content or meeting room presentations. By utilizing the SpectraView Engine, all relevant visual parameters can be adjusted to provide precise, natural images as well as enhanced imaging performance. This includes full control over brightness, colour, gamma, and uniformity.

With NEC Open Modular Intelligence, the 75" and 86" models are designed for meeting rooms and retail digital signage, and will be on display at ISE 2023.

With NEC NaViSet Administrator 2, users can control M Series displays remotely and securely. Meanwhile, maintenance requirements can be managed while time and resources are saved, allowing mission-critical 24/7 operation. Multiple industry-standard digital and analog signal inputs enable flexible integration of the large-format displays into AV infrastructures.

Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe's product manager for large format displays, Martin Lienau, said the M751 and M861 displays feature NEC Open Modular Intelligence. The result is that users can always find the perfect NEC product to meet their application requirements. To playback video content, they can use the internal NEC MediaPlayer and the modular SoC, powered by RPi4. The Intel Smart Display Module Small and Large (SDM-S/L) slot enables users to upgrade their displays to powerful solutions that run Windows and Linux applications with ease. These two new M Series displays offer customers a wide range of features and flexibility for advertising, infotainment and meeting room applications at a reasonable price."

The NEC MultiSync M Series extra-large format displays will be on show at the Sharp/NEC stand at ISE 2023 (stand E600, Hall 3)
