The WaveCAST C (WF T5C) transmitter at the heart of the system is a half-rack Wi-Fi audio platform with hardware DSP processing and presets optimized for hearing assistance, music, and voice. It accepts a balanced or unbalanced mic or line-level feed on a combo XLR/1/4-inch input with selectable phantom power, mounts in a standard 19-inch rack with the included RPK 005 kit, and supports Telnet control over Ethernet for integration with third-party room control systems.

Twelve WAV Pro Wi-Fi receivers form a substantial loaner fleet for high-attendance events. Each receiver connects to any Williams AV WaveCAST-enabled transmitter, presents channels on a 6.8-inch full HD+ display, and outputs over Bluetooth to a guest's own headphones, hearing aids, or neck loop. Two AC CHG406 6-bay chargers keep the entire fleet charged with individual LED indicators, while three NKL 008 neckloops serve telecoil hearing aid users and twelve HED 024 folding stereo headphones cover general listeners.
